Butifarra sausage dice with “all i oli” sauce

- 1 Butifarra sausage
- 1 egg
- 1/2 glass olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- Somme toothpicks
Cut sausage in dice, fry it well and drain on kitchen paper.
Place egg (cool from fridge) in a tall and narrow recipient and add oil and salt.
Pell garlic clove, cut it in half and remove the inner part (different colour, strong taste) and add it.
With the mixer at the bottom and full speed, work through the mayonnaise.Serve each portion of sausage with a scoop of mayonnaise. Use toothpicks to eat.
