Lamb kidneys with sherry sauce

- 125 grs. Lamb kidneys cut in slices
- 100 grs. spring garlic
- Dry sherry
Fry with oil the spring garlic. When almost done, add the lamb kidney slices and let then to be done both sides. Finally add a bit of dry sherry and let cook until sauce is reduced to taste.
