Black rice sausage with red peppers and powder of roasted pop corns
1 black rice sausage (or pudding)
- 100 grs of cooked red peppers
- Powder of roasted popcorns (Grind the popcorns once roasted)
Grind the red peppers to a purèe texture.
Cut the sausage in thick slices.
Put into a pan some drops of oil, add the sausage slices and lightly fry until both sides are brown.
Place them in a dish and pour at the side some of the red peppers purèe and some of the powder of popcorns.
